We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management and supportive mental health care for individuals across the lifespan. We use therapeutic techniques throughout treatment, but do not provide individual or couple’s therapy/counseling. All appointments are currently held via secure telehealth.
To request an appointment, you can click the “Schedule Now” link on our website, email us at info@trueselfmentalhealth.org, or call us at (978) 242-7345. Once we receive your request, we’ll follow up with next steps, including the intake process, which involves completing intake assessments and signing consent forms. After these are submitted, a team member will reach out to schedule your initial appointment. We aim to respond to all intake inquiries within 2–3 business days.

Yes, we offer private pay (also known as self-pay) options for those who are not using insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket. This allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and control over your care.
Our current private pay rates are:
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $350
Follow-up Medication Management (30 minutes): $150
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
