True Self Mental Health offers telehealth psychiatric evaluations and medication-management follow-ups for clients located in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. We accept select insurance plans and offer private-pay options. Coverage varies by state, plan, and benefits, so we recommend confirming your coverage before your first appointment.

Private Pay (Self-Pay)
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60-minutes): $350
Medication Management Follow-ups (30-minutes): $150
Private pay may be a good option if True Self Mental Health is out of network with your insurance plan, if you prefer not to use insurance, or if you want more privacy around billing.
If True Self Mental Health is out of network with your insurance plan, we may be able to provide a superbill. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company to request possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan.
Payment Methods
Payment may be collected through True Self Mental Health’s secure billing system or, depending on your insurance plan, through Headway.
If your insurance requires payment processing through Headway, we will let you know before billing begins and provide any instructions you need. Headway may be used for copays, coinsurance, deductible payments, or other patient responsibility amounts connected to your insurance plan.
A valid payment method may be required on file for:

Late cancellation or missed appointment fees, when applicable
You will be notified before your first appointment if your payment setup needs to happen through Headway or another billing pathway.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments missed without notice, may be charged a $150 late cancellation/no-show fee.
Insurance plans typically do not cover late cancellation or no-show fees, so this fee is usually the client’s responsibility.
